My Story
I am a Christchurch-based designer with a love for creating bespoke kitchens, bathrooms and interiors for my clients throughout New Zealand.
Leaving behind a career in corporate marketing to fulfil a long-held passion for interior design, I undertook study at the Nanette Cameron School of Design. I then embarked on the opportunity to work as a kitchen designer before launching my own interior design practice.
I pride myself on being approachable and personable, recognising just how important the relationship between client and designer is to the success of my projects. Every client is treated like an individual and every brief unique, always with consideration, thought and attention to detail.
Clients often comment that it is the combination of these two skill sets; the creative with the client service focus that is a unique strength to my offering.
One of the first questions I ask my clients is - what does home ‘feel’ like to you? Creating beautiful, liveable homes, that ‘feel’ just right to you, is what I set out to deliver in each project.
Homes that are functional, yet refined and sophisticated, and can be enjoyed now and into the future, is the balance I aspire to achieve. I find the technical aspect of design, working out the best spatial layout to suit your lifestyle and understanding how you see yourself using the space, most rewarding.
More importantly, I can lead you through the process, removing all the doubt and confusion along the way, and work with you to bring your plans to life.
Offering the full service from concept and design, to selection and sourcing, to installation, my practice specialises in delivering either the whole interior design package or simply focussing on a beautiful kitchen, bathroom or single room.
